In order to learn how to discharge your duty as a witness for Christ, look at his example. He is always witnessing: by the well of Samaria, or in the Temple of Jerusalem: by the lake of Gennesaret, or on the mountain’s brow. He is witnessing night and day; his mighty prayers are as vocal to God as his daily services. He witnesses under all circumstances…Never, for fear of feeble man, restrain your witness. Your lips have been warmed with a coal from off the altar; let them SPEAK as like heaven-touched lips should do 🐘 — C.H. Spurgeon/Evening/Nov 7

So far my morning started out w my dog peeing on a wall (in the house) followed by a screaming child cuz I had to change her diaper before feeding her. My whole week has been like this with events big and small. Not surprising with the fact I’ll be raging war all weekend against spiritual forces. So please pray I don’t let it all get me down. Though at some point you just gotta laugh at it lol 😂😭🐘 — Wassup Presup?
Biblical evangelism is one of the hardest and most frustrating ministries you will ever find yourself to be a part of. But man, when you’re out there on the front lines duking it out for souls, there’s nothing like it 🐘 — Wassup Presup?
That any of us should be willing to seek after the lost is nothing wonderful—they are of our own race; but that He, the offended God, against whom the transgression has been committed, should take upon Himself the form of a servant, and bear the sin of many, and should then be willing to receive the vilest of the vile, this is marvelous 🐘 — C.H. Spurgeon
But godliness with contentment is great gain, for we brought nothing into the world, and we cannot take anything out of the world … Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, gentleness. Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. — 1 Timothy 6:6–7, 11–12 ESV 🐘
We all love singing the line in Amazing Grace that says “When we’ve been there (heaven) 10,000 years…”, but for those God has sent to hell, even after 10,000 years they will have nothing but more torment to look forward to. If you need motivation to care about people enough to tell them the gospel, this is a good start 🐘 — Wassup Presup?
